Jim Arnold

Director of Projects

Jim Arnold, Director of Projects, has been with Ripken Design for 8 years. Jim oversees all Ripken Design projects as well as Ripken Management internal market research for the acquisition of Minor League teams. Jim has headed up a variety of projects for Ripken Design, including those that that have broken new ground in youth sports complex design as well as those that have worked to preserve that most famous fields and stadiums in baseball history.

Jim received his MBA from St. Bonaventure University in March 2004, then spent 6 months as Head Goalkeeping Coach with Centre College, a top Division III soccer program in Danville, KY. While earning his degrees, Jim spent 4 months as an Account Executive with Wunderman Inc. in New York City and one year as Assistant General Manager and Director of Soccer Marketing and Advertising for Sports Blast, a premier indoor sports facility in Lexington, KY. Arnold also spent two years on the St. Bonaventure Men’s soccer program and one year with the Bluegrass Bandits, a semi-professional soccer squad out of Lexington, KY.
